About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Beacon Medical Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative tasks and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the practice team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Process patient registrations, including updating patient records and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Assist with the recall process, including sending reminders and notifications to patients.
  • Code and summarize patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including scanning, filing, and document management.
Requirements
  • Good IT skills, including experience with databases and record-keeping software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Highly numerate and accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
