Job Summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to U.S. Field Executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sensitive and highly visible administrative support to U.S. Field Executives, including planning and producing executive correspondence, reports, and proposals.
  • Manage schedules and calendars for U.S. Field Executives, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Operate general office equipment and maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software applications.
  • Assist with booking travel and initiating travel documentation for U.S. Field Executives.
  • Manage U.S. Field documentation in Sharepoint and other network shared drives.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to U.S. Field leadership, detailing activities and progress.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience performing secretarial and administrative duties, including planning and producing correspondence, reports, and proposals.
  • At least six (6) years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
