Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing gaming team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Utilize data analytics to drive performance and make informed decisions.
- Ensure effective resource planning and management to meet operational demand.
- Customer Service
- Drive customer service standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maximize venue profitability through effective gaming operations and yield management.
- Operational Management
- Conduct daily management of the casino gaming operation, including Poker if applicable.
- Support the General Manager in decision-making and ensure the smooth running of each casino shift.
Requirements
- Exceptional knowledge of UK gaming activities and regulations.
- Proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
