About the Role

The entrust IT Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team at our Aldershot regional office.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress your sales career with a well-established company that offers excellent earning potential with an uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate new business opportunities using telephone sales and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
  • Conduct sales meetings in person and via video conference to ensure our CRM system is kept up to date with the latest information on sales leads
  • Hit sales performance targets and conduct regularly scheduled account management calls/meetings with customers to drive upsell opportunities
  • Use customer relationships to advise the marketing team on growth opportunities to target and grow our presence in our regional area
Required Skills:
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, relaxed telephone manner, quick thinking, and ability to work independently
  • A willingness to work hard to develop a network of contacts and sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and good telephone manner
Required Experience:
  • Experience in a commercial setting, preferably in sales in the context of IT & Technology
  • GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - C or above, and other additional GCSEs at C or above (or equivalent)
  • ECDL and Full UK Driving Licence
