About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue from local businesses, with opportunities for creativity and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Win new business and maintain/develop existing relationships
* Make quality sales calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
* Build relationships with Marketing Managers and local business owners
* Actively participate in sales meetings and team activities
* Ensure smooth collaboration with internal departments and adhere to administrative procedures
* Represent the company professionally
Requirements:
* Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
* Strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
* Interest in media, marketing, and communications
* Confident, personable, and organised
* Able to excel in both generating new business opportunities and effectively managing client accounts
