Job Title: Automotive Centre Manager

TPS is seeking an experienced Automotive Centre Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Centre targets and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and set challenging but achievable goals.
  2. Ensure the team is motivated, recognised and incentivised.
  3. Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress and provide developmental or corrective support where required.
  4. Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales revenues within the team.
  5. Regularly monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement and take action for any deviations.
  6. Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities.
  7. Work to achieve agreed business plan and budget, controlling costs within agreed parameters.
  8. Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines.
  9. Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment.
  2. A passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry.
  3. Possess the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Be experienced at devising strategies and implementing plans.
  5. The ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
  6. Ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business.
  7. Be sales focused and results orientated.
  8. Have a high degree of IT literacy and a proficient user of MS Office.
  9. Management experience.
