Centre Director

TPS, a leading provider of Genuine Parts and products for Volkswagen Group vehicles, is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Ensure the overall security of stock and premises.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a B2B environment.
• Passion for providing great customer service and the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans.
• Sales focus and results-oriented.
• High degree of IT literacy and proficient user of MS Office.
• Management experience.
