Job Title: Automotive Centre Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Centre Manager to join our team at TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take corrective action.
  4. Analyse market data to develop an understanding of potential sales opportunities.
  5. Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues and devise and implement sales plans.
  6. Regularly monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines.
  8. Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders.
  9. Ensure the overall security of the stock and premises.

Requirements:

  1. Proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment.
  2. A passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry.
  3. Possess the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Be experienced at devising strategies and implementing plans.
  5. The ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
  6. Ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business.
  7. Be sales focused and results orientated.
  8. Have a high degree of IT literacy and a proficient user of MS Office.
  9. Management experience.
