Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Development to identify opportunities to enhance our People Plan.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of our learning and development initiatives, driving focus and change across the organization.
- Develop and deliver leadership programs that foster growth and development among our team members.
- Oversee the development and implementation of our Apprenticeship strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
- Provide support to our care homes in addressing specific learning needs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to allocate training resources effectively, ensuring that our colleagues have access to the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Manage the Performance Management cycle, including appraisal processes and communication, to drive employee growth and development.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Proven success in Learning and Development, with a strong track record of delivering projects and leading teams.
- Experience in care or a similar setting, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and implement new initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
