Join Our Team as an Experienced Production Technician
Are you interested in becoming part of a prominent UK manufacturer specializing in away-from-home paper hygiene products? We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Production Technicians to enhance our expanding Production team.

About the Role
As an Experienced Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in operating advanced machinery, showcasing your skills and expertise in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Utilizing your troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of machinery to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Keeping precise records of production metrics and collaborating with your team to exceed output goals.
  • Assisting in the loading and unloading of materials to streamline production processes.
  • Performing regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with our high standards.

Shift Pattern
This position operates on a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift schedule, encompassing both day and night shifts.

Essential Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A commitment to health, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Proficiency in timely machine setup to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
  • Experience in monitoring and operating state-of-the-art machinery for seamless production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze root causes using available tools.

Desirable Criteria
While previous experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
