Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children or young individuals with SEND, overseeing their Education and Care Plan Needs Assessment and maintaining their Education, Health and Care Plans.
  • Lead the drafting and issuance of Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring thorough reviews and management of complex cases.
  • Oversee the EHC assessment process, preparing and presenting information regarding individual pupils and participating in decision-making related to their special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data, with the ability to present findings effectively to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support to senior officials, confidently challenging when necessary based on evidence.
  • Excellent organizational skills to develop and manage the provision of relevant business intelligence, ensuring timely access to information for managers.
