Agile Systems Analyst

The Agile Systems Analyst will serve as the interface between our IT systems and end-users, providing application support and training while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and maximize the benefits of our IT systems.
This role requires close collaboration with end-users and departments to map out business processes and understand key requirements. As the interface between operational and financial stakeholders, you will be key to understanding requirements and ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing development of all IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate current systems to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver business/user requirements in a controlled manner, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Liaise with users to understand additional requirements and features, and document process flows and requirements.
- Collaborate with CNC and external software providers to develop existing systems and introduce new systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Lead and control UAT during implementation and upgrades, train users on new systems/modules, and provide BAU support to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments, driving a continuous improvement ethos within the team and function.
- Produce cost analysis of potential IT initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Broad knowledge of IT systems and technologies, with a strong analytical thinking skillset.
- Good understanding of data management best practices and ability to implement this, ensuring data integrity and security.
- A self-starter with a good problem-solving attitude, flexible and open to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and manage stakeholders effectively.
- A good understanding of computer systems and applications, with an appetite to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
