Finance Change Analyst – Adaptive Planning Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Analyst – Adaptive Planning to join our team at First Central Services UK Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving positive change and delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design, test, and implement technical system changes to deliver adaptive planning project.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Adaptive planning and processes.
  • Build reporting requirements in line with project scope.
  • Build effective working relationships and influence across all levels, fostering an open and collaborative culture.
  • Engage in team-based continuous improvement activity and implement where applicable.
  • Ensure key system control and integrity are maintained and protected through any change requests.
  • Support on finance system updates and maintenance development work across all finance systems.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in an accounting/FPA function with AAT qualification or by experience.
  • Experience as a finance system administrator and/or finance change role.
  • Experience with ERP, General Ledger, or P2P systems.
  • Experience of financial systems (Workday Financials/adaptive planning – desirable).
  • Experience of system implementations and post-go-live support models.
  • Understanding of finance processes and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvement, based upon analysis of data.
