About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic EWMHS team in Redbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide specialist psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote positive mental health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in CAMHS/EWMHS.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC, BACP, UKCP, AFT, ACP).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering psychological therapies in a CAMHS setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Strong knowledge of CAMHS/EWMHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
