As a Design Manager at Ardmore Group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that will redefine London's landscape and your career. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager on complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent design skills, with a deep understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
