About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our European customers, primarily those based in the Croatian speaking markets. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact, ensuring their inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in English and Croatian, providing accurate and timely responses to their requests.
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Identify and resolve customer account and order issues, working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Travel to assigned regions for conventions, training sessions, and meetings, as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Team Leader.

Person Specification:

  • Advanced level fluency in Croatian communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and previous experience in customer service or call centre environments.
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes, working well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
