Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead negotiations related to wind turbines and foundational structures, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to project schedules and financial constraints.
- Facilitate procurement processes by negotiating supplier contracts, playing a pivotal role throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Offer strategic guidance and oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective supplier negotiations and successful project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with junior team members, providing mentorship and support in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in offshore wind energy initiatives; familiarity with turbine technology is a notable advantage.
- Proven history of negotiating intricate contracts within the renewable energy domain, particularly in offshore wind projects.
- Experience in negotiating complex procurement, supply chain, and commercial agreements for offshore projects on a global scale.
- Capacity to operate independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with minimal oversight.
