We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Wind Consultant to join our global team. As a key member of our Offshore Wind Advisory team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering projects, developing innovative solutions, and enhancing our service delivery.

About the Role

As our new Wind Turbine Electrical Systems Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine electrical systems. This includes supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and addressing complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
  • Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
  • Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team, to develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
About You

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in Offshore wind project development, execution, and operation, with wind turbine electrical system design, installation, and commissioning experience being an advantage.

You should also have strong project management skills, with experience in negotiating complex contracts and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines. Strong writing and communication skills in English are essential, with additional languages being beneficial.
