We're seeking a highly skilled Chief Consultant - Wind Turbine and Electrical to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice on wind turbine electrical systems, supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead relevant working packages for wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution.
  • Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
  • Develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation, with wind turbine electrical system design, installation, and commissioning experience being an advantage. Strong project management skills, knowledge of wind project different disciplines, and excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
