About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice on wind turbine electrical systems, supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
- Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team, developing and improving standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
