About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our experience design team, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, customer-centric experiences from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user experiences across multiple products and services, ensuring a seamless and consistent approach to UX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and direction, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide UX direction and guidance to product owners and stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, helping to shape the product design discipline and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of our UX toolkit and playbooks, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to UX design.
  • Advocate for the adoption of our Design System, 'Anatomy', and contribute to the community.
  • Line management responsibilities, including performance management and development of junior designers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product design, with a deep understanding of UX principles and practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders together and extract information to define a direction.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and encourage stakeholders to adopt a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of our toolkit, including Figma and Progression App.
  • A champion for accessibility, with a commitment to ensuring that our products are inclusive and usable by all.
