About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Experience Designer to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, customer-centric experiences from concept to launch within one of our product squads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-centered experiences across multiple products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and direction.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Advocate for the adoption of design principles and standards across the organization.
  • Lead playbacks and design critiques to elevate the quality of design work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product design with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to bring stakeholders together and drive design decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools and technologies, including Figma and Sketch.
  • Passion for design and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
