About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of service users, creating and implementing individualized recovery plans.
  • Facilitating and promoting the progression of individuals from initial engagement into structured treatment.
  • Contributing to reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
  • Collaborating closely with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
  • Applying co-production principles to support service users in achieving their goals.
