About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of service users, creating and implementing individualized recovery plans.
- Facilitating and promoting the progression of individuals from initial engagement into structured treatment.
- Contributing to reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
- Collaborating closely with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
- Applying co-production principles to support service users in achieving their goals.
