About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our Technology team at Brakes, a Sysco company. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our end-user technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd line technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Manage and close incidents and service requests via our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Own problem management actions, root cause analysis, and known error documentation.
  • Produce high-quality documentation for use by 2nd line and 1st line engineers and end-users.
  • Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies.
  • Provide support to projects as required to support the deployment of new technologies.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft product base, including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11), Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Experience of administering MDM platforms such as Endpoint Manager (Intune) and understanding of networking (Wireless, LAN, and WAN).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and application support, as well as active Directory / Azure AD understanding and administration experience.
