About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our ESD Joint Venture in the Tarbert area, supporting the Scottish Water framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting exceptional safety and delivering quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and control construction activities to ensure projects run to schedule and budget.
  • Day-to-day management of site activities, including supervising and monitoring site operations, preparing RAMS, and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain good client relationships at all levels.
  • Comply with Customer Impact Plan at all times.
  • Ensure plant and materials are ordered and supplied as required.
  • Check drawings and quantities to ensure accuracy for the work.
  • Ensure all site non-conformities are reported and resolved.
  • Manage cost aspects proactively and ensure controls are in place.
About You
  • HND or equivalent in engineering/project management related qualification.
  • Experience in the construction/engineering industry, ideally in the water industry.
  • Track record of delivering within agreed parameters.
  • IOSH or SMSTS Safety Management.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
