Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of large steel water tanks in Tarbert, Argyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee all day-to-day construction activities at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise various trades and subcontractors working on the project, managing their schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with the project manager, architects, engineers, and client to provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate on solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience with Civils
