About the Role:

Galliford Try is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team in the Tarbert area, supporting our ESD Joint Venture in the Scottish Water framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Compliance: Promote and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage construction activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
• Resource Management: Order and manage plant, materials, and equipment to support site activities.
• Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
