Job Summary

Noble Drilling Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSE Auditor to lead our HSE audit teams in conducting management system and compliance audits for our offices, facilities, and installations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Audit Teams: Lead audit teams in the performance of HSE management system and compliance audits, ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with established audit principles and standards.
  • Support Audit Planning: Assist in the audit planning process, liaising with stakeholders and managing the onsite audit process to ensure that all audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Audit Teams: Manage, guide, and support audit team members in the performance of their assignments, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct audits to the highest standard.
  • Compile and Analyze Audit Evidence: Compile and analyze audit evidence, making professional judgments regarding that evidence and preparing and maintaining accurate, clear, and thorough records on audit findings and observations.
  • Report Audit Results: Report audit results to the Corporate HSE Audit Manager, highlighting any areas of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to HSE Compliance Efforts: Contribute to and support corporate HSE compliance efforts, ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with established HSE regulations and requirements.
  • Interact with Personnel: Interact with personnel throughout the Company, conveying the department's guiding principles of integrity, objectivity, innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Assist with Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, providing support and guidance to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum undergraduate degree in a technical discipline, minimum seven years of MODU industry experience with three years in an auditing/compliance assessment role, documented formal training in auditing principles from an industry recognized training provider, and professional auditor (BEAC, ISO, etc.) and/or HSE (ASP, CSP, NEBOSH) certification.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Valid offshore survival and medical certificates, working knowledge of various worldwide regulatory regimes and requirements, working knowledge of various international codes and standards, demonstrated leadership and team work skills, proficiency in management systems and compliance auditing principles, ability to overcome obstacles and barriers to ensure timely execution of audits, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of SAP.
