The Role

We're seeking a professional, proactive receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you'll be the face of F1 Arcade, welcoming guests with a strong sense of positivity and providing first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and thank all guests entering and leaving the venue.
  • Check guests in and extend bookings, consistently achieving established service standards.
  • Identify pre-existing bookings, pre-orders, or special requests and provide relevant information.
  • Deliver the guest intro at the sims, giving clear instructions in a friendly manner.
  • Record all sales accurately and be responsible for payments received from guests.
  • Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards, following all cleaning practices.
  • Be aware of Health and Safety responsibilities and follow all measures accordingly.
  • Attend every shift scheduled on time, be presentable, and sign in with your Line Manager.
  • Communicate with the Reception/Duty Manager regarding problems or concerns with bookings/enquiries/pre-orders and sims issues.

Skills and Background

You must have previous job experience in hospitality, ideally as a receptionist. You should be a fast learner, curious, proud, and confident in dealing with your team and guests. A good understanding of working safely and basic knowledge of food and fire safety are essential.
