Role Overview:

As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our iconic venue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Director of Finance in managing daily financial operations.
  • Ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintaining comprehensive financial records and implementing robust financial controls.
  • Collaborating on the annual budget and bi-weekly forecasts.
  • Supervising a team of three direct reports.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, requiring on-site presence during standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a financial role, particularly in purchase ledger management, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.

• Understanding of payroll and productivity metrics relevant to the events industry.

• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to mentor junior team members.

• AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
