We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to join our clients team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the efficient processing of new and existing business, providing guidance to junior team members, and supporting senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Process financial transactions and investments with minimal supervision
- Monitor workflow to ensure high standards are maintained and deadlines are met
- Maintain the internal CRM database and upkeep transactional records
- Undertake mathematical calculations and proactively audit and review client files
- Liaise directly with clients and their financial advisors
- 1-2 years' relevant pension experience, working with SIPP or SSAS pensions
- Good core technical knowledge base and general commercial understanding
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Head for numbers and good initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly and a good telephone manner
