About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our 1st Line team, providing top-notch support for our customers. As a First Line Support specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows Servers: Manage and maintain our Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Office 365: Provide support for Office 365 applications and services.
  • Active Directory: Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory.
  • Exchange: Manage and support Exchange email services.

What We Offer

We're committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a starting salary of up to £28K and a hybrid working arrangement in Preston (3 days in the office).
