Service Desk Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Analyst. As a key member of our support operations, you will provide technical assistance and resolve complex IT issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively monitor client systems to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL) are a plus.
