We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to lead our Cardiac Team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our Cardiac Services.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
- Contribute to the development of our Cardiac Services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Provide education and training to staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Adult)
- Evidence of on-going dynamic continuing professional development within the specialty linked to demonstrable clinical competencies and level 3 academic study
- Relevant First Degree in health care related subject
- Assessing and mentoring qualification/Training
- Leadership or management training
