Cardiac Ward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Ward Manager to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Cardiac Services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric cardiology and a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, as well as mentoring and coaching staff to achieve their full potential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to patients and their families
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
- Mentor and coach staff to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of the Cardiac Services team and the hospital as a whole
