About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with the public at various events, shows, and locations to promote our charity partners and secure donations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive community.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to build trust and rapport with the public.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to various locations.
