Job Title: Marketing Administrator

Reports To: Group Managing Director

Reports In: N/A

Salary Offer: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break, 37.5 hours per week

Job Purpose:

To support the Marketing/PR team in delivering various marketing activities and initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of properties and enhance their visibility in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and preparing marketing materials, including website design and content.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with various departments to gather information on new initiatives and share them on our website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies for the Caridon brand.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing/PR team.
General Responsibilities:
  • To contribute to the strategic direction of Caridon Group.
  • To carry out specific tasks required by your Portfolio Director/MD.
  • To facilitate good relationships across all departments and sister companies.
  • To bring to the attention of your Portfolio Director any significant changes in the Tenant, Council, or Property owner relationship.
  • To demonstrate and actively encourage a good team spirit, positive environment, and motivated department at all times.
  • To be approachable and empathetic to the sales, finance, and maintenance teams.
  • To be responsible with your timekeeping at all times.
Person Specification:
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and multitasking to achieve results.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and present findings.
  • Knowledge of website management.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.
