About the Role:
Interaction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to support their sales team. This role offers growth potential in sales and marketing, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing projects, including campaign development and execution.
- Track and follow up on leads and project statuses, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain office procedures and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with sales quotes in the building products sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SOP, CRM systems, Sage, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- A strong bonus structure, including a 10% bonus for meeting sales targets and a quarterly profit share bonus.
