Job Title: Marketing and Brand Assistant

Reports To: Group Managing Director

Salary Offer: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (37.5 hours per week)

Job Purpose: To support the Marketing/PR team in delivering new marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of properties and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and website design to showcase our properties and services.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and feedback on marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information on new initiatives to be shared on our website or other social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Develop new marketing strategies for the Caridon brand to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing/PR team.

General Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Caridon Group.
  • Carry out specific tasks required by your Portfolio Director/MD.
  • Foster good relationships across all departments and sister companies.
  • Bring to the attention of your Portfolio Director any significant changes in the Tenant, Council, or Property owner relationship.
  • Demonstrate and actively encourage a good team spirit, positive environment, and motivated department at all times.
  • Be approachable and empathetic to the sales, finance, and maintenance teams.
  • Be responsible with your timekeeping at all times.

Person Specification:

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and multitask to achieve results.
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and present findings.
  • Knowledge of website management.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.
