D33P Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion into the Defence and Semiconductor markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-suite level individuals
- Track record of growing revenue and expanding mature accounts
- Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales position
- 3+ years of experience selling directly into either Defence or Semiconductor markets
- Ability to define and implement sales strategies
- Experience reporting on revenue, budgets, pipeline, etc.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with external and internal C-suite level individuals
