Branch Operations Leader – Ultimate Banking

Ultimate Banking, a customer-centric and reputable financial institution, is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to oversee their branch team. The primary responsibility of the Branch Operations Leader is to manage the overall operations of the branch, serving as the key point of contact for all inquiries. This role involves inspiring team members daily to meet objectives and embody the organization's core values.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise, knowledge, and experience to assist the sales team in their growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Branch Operations Leader:

  • Facilitate the professional development of team members by identifying training needs and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in line with company policies and human resources guidelines, including regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate with other teams, branches, and departments, supporting fellow leaders within the branch network.
  • Perform regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead by example, including account openings, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date business information, providing teams with timely updates on relevant changes in processes, policies, products, and regulations.
  • Encourage and support community involvement initiatives, representing the organization at local events and meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure that all branch promotions align with business standards and target achievements.
  • Exhibit flexibility to work across various branches and adapt to changes in job responsibilities as needed.

Skills & Experience Required for the Branch Operations Leader:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to work at multiple locations and on weekends.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
