As a Hospitality Operations Leader, you will thrive on maximizing team performance and derive fulfillment from mentoring, training, and empowering your staff. Your role will involve delivering a high-quality catering experience, ensuring that the standards of the company are upheld and that client expectations are consistently surpassed.

You will collaborate with the Account Director to ensure that your site meets the financial objectives established with the client, aligning with your operational budget.

Regular team meetings will be conducted to communicate goals and celebrate achievements, ensuring that we consistently meet the client's standards. Together, your team will guarantee that customers receive prompt and efficient service, exceeding their expectations for food quality and value. You will also ensure that all Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Risk Assessments are performed to maintain the highest standards and procedures regarding Food, Hygiene, and Safety.

The Hospitality Operations Leader is accountable for overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant, retail, and hospitality services on-site. In partnership with the Account Manager, you will guide the development and performance of your team, manage the procurement of food and supplies, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient and effective management of the contract to guarantee exceptional quality and consistent food and beverage services.
  • Foster positive client relationships, ensuring a partnership approach to their business.
  • Coordinate the planning of the contract and resources to deliver first-class food and beverage services to clients and customers.
  • Manage the recruitment, development, and training of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the contract.
  • Achieve financial targets and operate within the agreed budget, focusing on net income and cost management.
