About the Role

As the Head of Catering and Hospitality Operations, you will lead a substantial operation spanning four campuses. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing numerous retail outlets and a broad portfolio encompassing internal and external events, delegate conferences, day meetings, dinners, and reputational events such as Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies, and various University Executive Team-led events.

This role calls for an innovative senior leader who is enthusiastic about delivering sustainable, high-quality offerings with exceptional service standards. The ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is paramount.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a senior catering management role with a commitment to elevated service standards, demonstrable leadership, and exceptional customer focus with adept communication across all levels. Previous success in managing large teams and operations within a complex, multisite organization and knowledge of sector trends is essential. Finally, you will need to showcase sound financial expertise, a passion for delivering outstanding food and service, and robust adherence to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety protocols.
