Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Front of House team at Stonegate Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach team members to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and promote a positive team culture

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
