Role Overview: Technology Portfolio – Business Analyst

Security Clearance: SC Clearance required

This role involves collaboration with the Technology teams at Regal Cloud, focusing on the enhancement of infrastructure and the transition of applications to advanced platforms. Our mission is to improve the identification and monitoring of obsolescence, seamlessly integrating this process into our standard operational procedures. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to perform comprehensive analyses to ensure the identification and design of effective solutions, ultimately achieving optimal business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full SDLC Exposure: Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Operating Models: Knowledgeable in current and target state operating models and their implementation in projects/programmes.
  • Complex Project Management: Proficient in managing extensive business change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional capability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, navigate ambiguous situations, and communicate the impacts of business changes.
  • Quality Deliverables: Generate outputs that range from high-level overviews to detailed functional specifications, in line with BA management standards.
  • Business Process Development: Skilled in crafting business processes utilizing BPMN 2.0 and innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Independent Decision-Making: A proactive problem solver with strong influencing abilities, capable of working autonomously and escalating issues as needed.
  • Requirements Gathering: Strong proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and solution requirements through various techniques from the BA Toolkit.
  • Technical Proficiency: Provide both functional and technical insights, producing comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Complexity and Change Management: Experience in navigating complexity and understanding the technical implications for the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Quick to grasp the necessary business context and knowledge, aiding the organization through requirements gathering, design, and testing phases.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated experience in leading workshops employing a variety of business analysis methodologies.
