Role Overview

Time Out Market is rapidly expanding its global presence, currently operating multiple markets worldwide. We are in search of a proactive and results-driven IT Analyst to support our technological initiatives. This role is essential in assisting the Head of Technology in advancing our technological capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Work closely with the Head of Technology to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical expertise and assistance throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on various technology-related tasks such as networking, audiovisual systems, and software integration.
  • MSP Collaboration: Partner with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to guarantee optimal support for our operational markets. Monitor the technical health and performance of market systems.
  • Technology Enhancement: Encourage collaboration across departments to pinpoint opportunities for technological improvements. Implement strategies aimed at streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain thorough technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases, ensuring alignment with broader organizational policies.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including training sessions and presentations on systems. Assist management and executives in understanding the necessity for technological changes.
  • Compliance Assurance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring that all technological operations comply with organizational standards.
  • New Initiatives: Actively engage in project team meetings to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical management capacity, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking principles.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams on a global scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of POS and CRM systems.
