Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure their well-being and recovery.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote their understanding of mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Care Plan Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centered care to patients.
  • Therapeutic Activities: Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and programs to promote patients' well-being and recovery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and rehabilitation, ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare settings.
