About the Role

UiPath is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Management to lead our Load Testing Solutions team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our load testing solution, aligning with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Define and execute the product strategy for our load testing solution, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and drive innovation within the load testing domain.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering insights to inform product development.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on performance testing or related technologies.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical concepts related to load testing and performance monitoring.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is highly desirable.
