We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to enhance our streamlined Finance team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the EMEA Client Revenue & Finance Manager, this position will support four entities across the EMEA region, overseeing client billing processes and job/project codes while also providing transactional assistance to the Accounts Payable function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality financial transactional support, ensuring control and integrity within the accounting function.
  • Manage customer account setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain client job codes for accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to update client invoicing schedules.
  • Generate and submit monthly client billing invoices.
  • Facilitate monthly client reporting, analyzing fees against time reporting.
  • Offer general accounts receivable support across all entities.
  • Perform weekly debtor balance analysis and credit control.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with suppliers.
  • Oversee vendor setup and maintenance, continuously reviewing supplier payment terms.
  • Post vendor invoices accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables is typically required.
  • Experience in accounts payable is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience handling confidential information in accordance with legal and company policies.
  • A background in the PR, communications, or marketing sectors is highly desirable.
