Job Title: EMEA Deal Roadshow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deal Roadshow Coordinator to join our team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination and a proven track record of delivering successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute Deal Roadshow events across EMEA
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Ensure seamless event execution and high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in a financial services or banking environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
